The meme parodies a scene from the movie "Inside Men," where Lee Kyung-young is seen making a "kkotanju" (bomb shot). In the film, he never actually says "Heave-ho!" while shaking his body to mix the drink, but this fictionalized version became a meme. It quickly spread through YouTube and social media, eventually being used as a toast phrase at gatherings.

In essence, the meme humorously exaggerates a decadent scene from the film. People line up, extending their glasses while shouting "Great!" and then pulling their glasses back while yelling "Heave-ho!" This drinking toast became widely popular. However, the meme's popularity led even elementary school children to imitate it, sparking controversy.
