"But it was fast" (하지만 빨랐죠) comes from a doctored image macro that splices two Marvel scenes together and rewrites the subtitles. The first half is from Avengers: Endgame, where Captain America, sent back to 2012 New York, shouts "Hail HYDRA" to avoid being identified by HYDRA agents. The second half is from Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the STRIKE team ambushing Captain America right after the elevator scene. Two cuts from different films, joined with new captions, produce a sequence in which someone botches a job entirely and then closes with "but it was fast."
The joke belongs to the "technically not lying" family. The overall result failed, but one narrow claim — the speed — is genuinely true, so that is the part being advertised. Nothing said is false and nothing is actually excused, and that gap is the whole point.

The macro first circulated in variants like "Captain America who is fast at math" — the score is dismal but the answer sheet went in first.
