Origin

The name that stuck in English is "Man With Musical Fists." The source is a video posted to /r/crazyfuckingvideos on June 26th, 2023 by Reddit user HighTurtles420, showing a man in a road-rage incident running at a car and pounding the driver's window repeatedly. The poster wrote that the man had sideswiped them. He never breaks the glass, and the clip ends as a woman pulls him away.

What made it a meme was not the violence but the rhythm. The punches land at even enough intervals to read as a beat, which meant music could be laid over them with the impacts serving as percussion. The original Reddit post passed 1,500 points within three months.

Remixes poured out within three weeks of the original.

July 8th, 2023 — Instagram creator @vibin.wit.tay posted the first musical remix, setting the punches to an R&B track; it drew 1.9 million likes in two and a half months
July 12th, 2023 — YouTuber Chewkz posted a skit syncing the punches to "Stand By Me," passing 68 million views over the same period. This is the video that fixed the name "The Man With Musical Fists"
July 15th, 2023 — The Kiffness arranged it into a cover of The White Stripes' "Seven Nation Army," reaching 16.8 million views

This is a case, in other words, where the remixes travelled far further than the source clip. Even the meme's name came from the second remix rather than from the original post.
